There is a very active Friends Association at Worplesdon. This involves all parents, staff and other interested parties. There are regular meetings of the committee which is elected at the AGM held in September. Parents of children at Worplesdon are automatically members. A number of social and fund raising events are held throughout the year and are a good way of making contact with other parents as well as raising much needed money for extra items in the school.

The Friends money has helped to pay for the new footpath at the front of the school and recently a major fundraising effort has contributed £10,000 towards the building of the Performing Arts Building. Other contributions to the school have included computers, the Early Years Outdoor Classroom and the Environmental Area.
